Experienced Tech positions require:1+ years' experience in multi-family housing maintenanceEPA License preferredHVAC Certification preferredCPO Certification preferredExperience with:HVACPlumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipes)Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)Water heaters (gas & electric)Drywall repair and paintingYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Complete work orders efficiently and according to priorityTurn apartments between resident occupancy (Make Ready)Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairsMaintain property grounds and complete preventative maintenanceKeep maintenance areas clean and organizedShare 24/7 emergency coverage duties with other team membersPaint and stain interiors and exteriors as neededA maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position. This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, a drug screening and Valid Drivers license required.
