Location(s): Openings in Anoka, Fridley, Maple Grove, and Stillwater MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, hours vary between 7am - 5pm
Wage: Based on experience and qualifications
Level 2: $18.91 - $19.96 per hour
Level 3: $21.01 - $22.06 per hour
Reports to: Program Supervisor/ Program Manager

In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities in developing the skills needed to succeed in community-based employment. You’ll provide hands-on training, promote independence, and help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a commitment to person-centered practices.
This position may be filled at the Direct Support Professional Level II or Level III, depending on qualifications, experience, and program needs.
Responsibilities
As a Direct Support Professional, you will work directly with adults with disabilities to support their goals in both community and program settings. Your day may include:
Level 2 Responsibilities:
Support skill development and increasing independence
Assist with job coaching and task analysis
Assist with documentation and problem-solving
Level 3 Responsibilities:
Perform all level 1 and level 2 responsibilities
Lead daily operations of employment sites
Train, mentor, and support team members
Complete and oversee documentation and reporting
Ensure compliance with program, safety and quality standards
Compensation details: 18.91-22.06 Hourly Wage
