What You’ll DoRepresent brands and nonprofit organizations at live events and community campaigns.
Interact with customers, attendees, donors, and community members.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Share information about featured campaigns, organizations, and initiatives.
Help create positive and engaging customer experiences.
Assist with event setup, activities, and breakdown.
Support marketing, fundraising, and community outreach campaigns.
Work closely with team members to meet campaign goals.
Develop valuable skills in marketing, communication, sales, and customer service.
Previous marketing or brand ambassador experience is not required.
We provide paid training and hands-on coaching to help you learn the role and build valuable professional skills.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, fundraising, events, or promotions is a plus—but not required.
