As a Scheduling Coordinator on our Home Office Team, you will play a vital role in keeping our clinic schedules running seamlessly across Oklahoma and Texas. You’ll collaborate closely with your scheduling team and assigned clinic locations to ensure efficient treatment coverage, seamless supervision, and quick adjustments for client and staff schedules. Based in our office in Flower Mound, TX, this role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

What You’ll Do:

• Use our scheduling software to thoughtfully pair available providers with client schedules.
• Partner closely with clinic operations teams to make dynamic, day-to-day schedule adjustments.
• Support our treatment staff by making timely session updates whenever needed.
• Verify that all scheduled sessions align accurately with client authorizations and provider credentialing.
• Monitor weekly supervision ratios to maintain high standards of clinical quality.
• Cross-train across different regions to jump in and offer extra support when needed.
• Participate in weekly check-ins with the scheduling department and assigned clinics.
• Respond warmly and promptly to clinic inquiries and requests, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
• Bring a passion for growth and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
• Prior experience navigating internal scheduling software and workflows.
• An open mindset, comfortable both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with healthcare, health insurance, or medical terminology is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, positive demeanor.
• High level of discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous organization skills and strong attention to detail.
